The principal of The Management Doctor, Inc. is Steve Schwartz. Mr. Schwartz holds a Masters degree in Administration and Supervision and started the company in 1996. He has over twenty years of successful business experience in senior-level corporate management, proven expertise in all areas of Human Resources, and polished training and presentation skills.
Mr. Schwartz is a regularly featured speaker at the Supervisory Development
Institute and has taught business courses at Western Kentucky University.
He received PHR (Professional Human Resources) certification in 1990 and
has served on the Board of Directors for NESCA.
